Anyway, story of this picture (cuz i'm that bored during chem class):

On a bright winter's day in Konoha, a lone ninja entered through the front gate, unquestioned and undisturbed by the two guards stationed there. Armed with nothing more than a few yards of rope, a couple smoke bombs, a vile of chakra-reducing poison, a promise from Hinata Hyuuga, and an evil smile, she slowly made her way toward the home of Neji Hyuuga.
